I. CNC process development:- Create and optimize programs for 5-axis CNC machines (Fanuc, Heidenhain) by Hypermill software.- Design and manufacture molds/JIGs used for machining and other processes.- Create training documents and operating instructions for workers.II. Develop composite manufacturing process:- Develop composite material production process according to spec and customer requirements.- Fabricate test products and optimize production processes (Cutting, curing).- Create related documents for the production process: work instructions, procedures, operation records.- Respond to customer audits for production stages.

I. Equipment:- Improve equipment: Takt time, operation/error rate by optimize PLC program/ (Conveyor, Lifter, AGV, Stocker, other logistic equipment).- Make plan and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment can working normal.- Take responsibility for error rate of equipment, control equipment error rate according to KPI.- Manage spare parts for equipment, consider ordering or designing to reduce repair costs.- Create instruction and training documents for technicians.II. Setup new equipment/line:- Deployment a setup plan from main headquarters. Co-op with other department (in-nation/foreign) to ensure project finish on time.- Monitoring and support vender during setup process: Safety regulation, technical requirement, schedule.- Improve the equipment's unreasonable points during setup. Training for technicians/worker operate new equipments.- Manage and improve equipment after mass production.III. Manufacturing system (CIM, ECS, MES):- Analyze equipment/system log data to determine the root cause.- Co-op with other departments to detect and minimize system errors. At the same time, improve production line automation capacity.
