In this role, I oversaw multiple projects, and managed the gathering and analysis of survey data from 220 farm workers in Argentina to guide client on how to remedy labor distress issues regarding wages. Significant accomplishments include:♦ Led the design and implementation of supply chain remediation strategies for several multinational brands based on data derived from mobile phone IVR surveys from their supply chain workers.♦ Improved factory conditions related to building safety and potable water supply through the implementation of training program for more than 200 workers at garment factory in Bangladesh supplying to a major brand.

As Fellow, I was in charge of facilitating engagements with more than 100 farmers in 10 villages, for the launching of three farmers’ collectives and linking farmers with government agriculture subsidies.♦ Increased farmer participation by 83% within one year by redesigning training program to cover farmer coalition leaders and NGOs. ♦ Streamlined business operations with food markets to achieve higher farmer profits by linking 35 farmers with food-purchasing enterprises.
