1. System- Build, operate and maintain monitor system using Cacti/Nagios. Responsible for operating and configuring service parameters on the system, setting threshold and alert methods.- Build and maintain more than 50 multi-site servers (physical and virtual) support for all operation at data center: backup network device configuration (using Solarwinds NCM), centralized authentication system (using freeRADIUS, CiscoISE, LinOTP), logging, terminal,… Working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows based environments- Design and deploy protecting system for all server and tunneling connect DR site using Fortinet Fortigate firewall (Fortigate 200D). Experience with firewall rules, NAT, routing- Standardization and make sure all services, servers comply with ISO27000. Perform internal (by ISO Team) and external (by 3rd party) audit 2 times per year and renew ISO27000 certificate every 2 years.- Maintain camera system and office network. 2. Development- Design and build the internal web tool with multi functions support for operation teams and self management using Python/Django framework:+ Ticket system: request monitoring, grant permissions, account management+ Shift report for NOC/FAC team: assets checklist, hand-over tasks,…+ Statistic and report monitoring system, devices+ Automatic generate and deploy config new physical access switch (Juniper)- Build management GUI for freeRADIUS and integrate with CiscoISE for applying account policy on centralized authentication system.- Design and build internal APIs in order to connect network devices:+ Get device info+ Collect MAC on port to get list device impacted at incident time and change VLAN on port automation+ Build network topology using SNMP- Collect requirements, design workflow, planning and documenting in the entire development.
