The Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund of the EU Legal and Judicial Empowerment Programme in Viet Nam (hereafter JIFF) funded by European Union to contribute in strengthening the rule of law in Vietnam through a more reliable, trusted and better accessed justice system. To achieve this aim, JIFF issues a combination of grant-making to civil society organizations (CSOs), targeted pre- and post- grant capacity development, research, networking and policy advocacy.● Connected with focal points of 14 grantees call 1 and 19 grantees call 2 during program’simplementation;● Arranged logistic for 07 training workshops to build capacity for JIFF’s grantees and 02information session events (including venue, travelling and accommodation for participants);● Supported the research on Mediation at grassroots level in three provinces of 5 JIFF’s grantees(collected the questionnaires, inserted the result into SPSS, supported in printing and publishing);● Translated reports in English and Vietnamese as assigned and taking meeting minutes;● Filled administrative and financial documents followed by Oxfam’s procedure (budget estimation,budget advance, cost declaration, service- provider contract & consultancy contract).

Common Back OfficeProtocol Team’s duty is representing United Nations agencies in Vietnam to process visas, ID cards and other legal documents for foreign UN officials as well as UN’s workshops/ conferences/ permission from the Consular Department - Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs.● Filled forms and wrote the Verbal Notes to send to the Consular Department for UN officials’ visas and events’ permission;● Translated documents as assigned;● Supported logistic tasks for events when required.
