Gather and provide timely and accurate analyses and reports for the operation and maintenance expenses• Provide and present accurate and relevant financial analysis and management reporting to forecasting and functional teams and respective senior management to enable strategic decision- making• Analyze and consolidate management financial reporting including actuals, budgets and forecasting/projecting year end impacts including variance explanations• Coordinate and support month-end close activities• Assist in preparation of governmental filings, including quarterly and annual SEC reports, rate case support, recoverable expenses, etc.• Work with internal and external auditors and provide necessary information & answer questions as needed• Support the budget and business planning process including communication of budget guidance, assumptions, and calendars for assigned sections

• Prepare deferral journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly• Transfer financial result summary template from Excel source into WDesk platform to reduce manual work and improve workflow during month end closing period• Perform monthly actual vs budget financial result summary, including timely and accurate report and analysis of financial results and investigation of unexpected variances• Work closely with Finance Forecasting group to monitor actual vs budget rider revenues, operating and maintenance, depreciation and amortization expenses• Conduct ad hoc analysis and communicate results to finance leaders• Provide support in training new employees and interns with accounting entries and FERC pages preparation• Complete HFM cash flow roll forward and other financial schedules to meet quarterly and annual business unit data requests from Corporate Accounting for disclosure in 10-Q and 10-K• Prepare quarterly and annual government filings: FERC Form 1 and Form 2, and Form EIA-861• Work with internal and external auditors to provide the necessary information and answer their questions as needed• Gather required financial information to support rate case’s forecasted filing requirements

• Perform full spectrum of accounting functions for over 26 medical offices and prepare True-Up compensations for 90 medical providers• Work closely with Financial Service manager to monitor and research on monthly variances between actual and budgeted operating expenses• Maintain and provide quarterly Continuing Medical Education expenses reports for the medical providers

• Complete monthly contractual and bad debt reserve analyses• Prepare, review and upload journal entries for the month end close process• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, and prepare and enter correcting entriesBook accruals for the physicians’ True-Up compensations as part of the month end close process
