Developing existing, new Contract Logistics business:- Maintain and develop existing accounts.- Develop database of potential customers for sales opportunities- Work on RFQ, RFP- Looking for new vendors and manage them to ensure quality services as customers expect and margin for corporation .- Building up relationship with existing and potential customers.

• Manage 6 special service coordinators in HAN and HCMC.• Maximize revenue and margin opportunities by supporting all sales channels be selling special services which include: Time Critical Service, Freight Service, Special Handling, Value Added Services.• Maximize all internal operational resources in priority to ensure service quality and improve the profit margin. • Developing new products and services: Domestics, Asian Road Network.• Vendors managemen.• Building up and implementing logistics/supply chain projects.

• Analysis and evaluate the potential market, opportunities in provinces.• Capex preparation, setting up and developing network in South of Vietnam: Da Nang, Qui Nhon, Nha Trang, Can Tho, Vung Tau, Cu Chi, Nhon Trach, Ca Mau, An Giang.• Consolidators management: 20 big agents• Supervise, coaching sales in branches to maximise revenue. • Building up best solution of transportation for demestics network.

Supervise sales forces in some southern territories: Vung Tau, Can Tho, and Consolidators (Agents)Develop and manage some new branches (2006): Nhon Trach, Da Nang, Qui Nhon, Nha Trang.

Sales management of many territories: Binh Duong Province, Thu Duc District, District 2, District 9, Go Vap, Binh Thanh, District 1, District 10, and District 11.• Generate revenue by getting new customers and retaining and developing existing account.• Co-work with Marketing team in follow up of campaigns• Call and visit customers • Coordinate with other departments to meet the special requirements from customers • Build up prospect database • Gather competitor’s information and share with the team• Take proper action for underachiever & lost makers to make sure the revenue quality• Co-operate with F&A to get payment from customers
