Khanh is a fourth-year student at School of Information and Communications Technology (SoICT), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), specializing in Data Science. Recently, he was awarded the Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award (SIPGA) by A*STAR, to undertake five-month research internship at Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech). His research focused on Household Waste Circularity, specifically on E-waste collection and recycling behavior modeling.Prior to this, he worked as a research intern at BK.AI Center, SoICT, HUST, where he engaged in multi-view action recognition project, following his successful completion of a training program in machine learning and deep learning. In summer semester 2023, he was granted the Erasmus+ Scholarship for an exchange study program at OTH Regensburg, Germany. He also worked as a teaching assistant at SoICT, HUST, collaborating with Dr. Michle Toulouse and Prof. Jeff Edmonds, visiting professor from York University during summer and winter semesters 2022. In high school, being a gifted student in mathematics, he participated in and achieved Bronze Medal and Honorable Mention at Vietnam Mathematical Olympiad in 2018 and 2019, respectively.Khanh has an expertise in computer vision, deep learning, machine learning and operation research. He has strong programming experience with Python frameworks, Pytorch, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, to name a few. He also has worked with Gama Platform for agent-based, Java, C, Cuda for GPU programming, assembly language. Most importantly, he is open to new skills and challenges.
