In charge of supervising and organizing academic competitions on a nation and region scale: o Leader of Organization department for INTERCHAIN 2023 and Supervisor of Organization team for INTERCHAIN 2024 – the nationalwide, individual contest of Logistics and Supply Chain management with 700+ contestants in each year.o Leader of Organization department for Vietnam Young Logistics Talents 2023 – FTU round, in collaboration with Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development (VALOMA).Participated in and organized events for internal stakeholders:o Created bonding events for department members: monthly meetings, Christmas and Tet, spring and summer trips.o Equipping department members with working skills by off-site and on-site training sessions, including paperwork instruction, technology instruction and coordinating skills.o Conducting monthly individual assessment for members.
