First of its kind coworking space and business club in Abidjan, between an office and a hospitality establishment, RWC offers work, meeting and events solutions to local executive and business travelers with a particular focus on customer experience. As a managing partner, I helped launch, build an initial buzz and introduce a hand selected member base of highly qualified professionals from diverse industries to this new, inovative and unique concept. My job consisted in developping a brand image, setting up the operations and growing events and membership base. During my involvement in the space, the Royal Work Club was featured in numerous publications, such as Altitude, the magazine of the International Abidjan airport, Africa News Agency, and broadcated on the TV program Made in Africa on national television which secured 300,000 views and exposure well beyond the boarders of Côte d'Ivoire. One year into the operations, RWC welcomed more than 3000 visitors, counted close to 100 members, hosted several dozen corporate events for companies such as Orange CI, Facebook, Société Générale, Air France, Groupe Vivendi Africa, PétroIvoire, Sanofi, AfDB Group, etc. The estbablishement was also home to international and local indivudual and companies in various industries ranging from finance, digital, consumer goods or consulting to internationally renowned initiatives.Main responsibilities: - Defining the target market and the communication strategy- In charge of developping the sales strategy - Establishing and developping the brand image, the pricing and the positioning- Managing relationships with clients and partners- Organizing promotional events and oversaw clients events- In charge of hiring employees, training junior-level managers and staff, evaluating performance and productivity.- Overseeing daily business operations.- Monitoring and analysing the KPIs to constantly improve the CRM
