I received my Masters in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to accrue 3.5 years of work experience directly in the field. I had the privilege of working for Therapy and Beyond as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I learned valuable skills such as data collection, implementing written plans, and working in a collaborative environment. While being employed with Blue Sprig Pediatrics and Behavioral Innovations as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst I supervised a caseload of 6-7 clients and gained experience with staff training and ongoing supervision, adhering to deadlines, as well as implementing effective protocols and procedures. I have utilized CentralReach as my data collection platform in all of my previous endeavors.
