Main duties include:Operation of Australia's largest fixed-point wireless network.Management and design of new and existing networks.Identify, respond, and manage new and existing faults.Test, configure, and provision new network hardware and technology focussing on Microwave.Organize, manage, and instruct national field technicians whilst performing remote duties at infrastructure and customer sites.Liaise with key business partners and hardware vendors.Provide 24/7 engineering support to key business partners and customers.Stand as temporary acting Network Operations Manager.Project lead on a variety of projects focussing on network and site builds.Train and mentor new team member's.
