*Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Behavioral Health Center Building – CURRENT- Primary Transition/Activation PM on the project. Leading the effort in coordinating with Transition Consultant, CM, County, and Licensing/Regulatory entities in the beginning stages of activating this building while under current construction. Conduct project meetings and provide documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information.*UCSF Zuckerberg Remediation Project – MAY 2024- Provide project management oversight of the remediation of the UCSF occupied DPH spaces covering 10 buildings and 200,000 square feet. Manage the actions of the UCSF staff that has vacated the spaces, coordinating efforts to follow criteria set up for remediation.*UCSF Zuckerberg Research Academic Building (ZRAB) – Completed AUG 2023- This five-story, 175,000-square-foot building will house modern research and academia including wet and dry laboratories, a Patient Research Center, and teaching and collaboration areas. Managed furniture, office and dry lab spaces moves collaborating closely with end users of UCSF. Worked with wet lab planning vendor in equipment placement. *California Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) – FEB 2022 – AUG 2023- Project management services and assisting the County in assessing their behavioral health needs for adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs), adolescent Psychiatric Health Facilities (PUFs) and Crisis Stabilization Units (CSUs). The work has included facility assessments, location evaluation and selection and schematic designs for submission to the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Launch Ready Project program. This has required understanding the individual program’s clinical needs and strategically locating the services in the most cost effective way to meet the needs of the County’s behavioral health needs for Sacramento County ($44 million) and Madera County ($25 million) in grants.

Coordinate between construction and end users for construction completion of dry and wet lab spaces. Support program director in overall master plan of building activations. PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:* BMI (Biomedical Innovations Building) Lab Building – Completed AUG 2021: Four-story, 225,000 square foot lab building that accommodates 600 lab benches, supporting cross-disciplinary work. Coordinated the designers on the programming and infrastructure for equipment moves (i.e. electrical, HVAC, and communications). Faciliate and serve as primary point of contact for building move. Follow-up with internal/external stakeholders on project deliverables. Supported the commissioning of 20+ wet labs, cold rooms, autoclaves, gas distributions, etc. * 1701 Page Mill Road Renovated Lab Building - Dec 2020 – November 2021: 770,000 sq ft remodel of wet lab medical research space. Coordinated the programming of equipment moves. Faciliated and served as primary point of contact for building moves. Follow-up with internal/external stakeholders on project deliverables. Supported the commissioning of 10+ wet labs.* CAM (Center for Academic Medicine) Office Building – Completed November 2020 - April 2021: Four-story, 170,000 square foot office building housing clinical faculty, computational researchers and departmental administration leadership. Includes three-story underground parking structure with approximately 830 parking spaces.

Assisted the Administrative Director and Project Managers for operational readiness of the New Stanford Hospital – Completed Nov 2019: 824,000 square foot ground up hospital expansion, 7 stories up, 1 story below grade, 368 patient rooms, 17 operating rooms, 5 MRI suites, 11 interventional radiology/image-guided rooms, executive leadership suite, expanded exergency department and new parking garage. Primarily focused on the Support Services Service Line which included Facilities, Security, Site Logistics, Equipment Deployment, Biomed, Engineering & Maintenance and Environmental Services. Led the charge on room verification and issue management during construction completion and building activation. Coordinated the Operations Control Center (OCC) daily huddles and weekly Building Readiness meetings to ensure timely handover of the building for Patient Day 1.
