My father, a waterproofer, instilled in me a deep appreciation for well-maintained and thoughtfully designed spaces. Those early years inspired my passion for creating beautiful environments and shaped my journey into architecture and design.My career began with a degree in architecture in India, followed by four years at leading firms, where I developed a strong foundation in spatial planning and delivering large-scale projects.I then moved to Hong Kong, where I spent eight transformative years specializing in interior design and placemaking for large-scale developments. Collaborating with urban designers, architects, graphic designers, art consultants, and interior designers, I was involved in activating spaces that were visually appealing, functional, and engaging. These experiences expanded my understanding of how integrated design and branding contribute to vibrant, meaningful communities.In Australia, I shifted my focus to property development and discovered a key insight: exceptional design must also resonate with buyers. This realization led me to expand into sales and marketing, bridging the gap between creative vision and commercial strategy.Over the last few years, I’ve led the sales and marketing strategy for Carrington Place, a master-planned $850M precinct in Castle Hill. Beyond driving sales, I directed the architecture and interior design to create spaces that enhance quality of life and instill a sense of pride in the end users. By aligning product design with market trends, I developed tailored solutions within the display suite, including buyer journey roadmaps and story-driven tools to empower sales.For East and Cowper in Granville, I am working with with top-tier agencies to reignite interest and drive sales for this 264-unit development. I also led the architectural and interior design to ensure the spaces provided functional value while elevating the lifestyle experience for residents.
