- Currently working on the Rufus project, one of Amazon's most important initiatives this year. My role involves performing annotations for AI-generated responses ensuring their accuracy and eliminating inconsistencies-As the designated subject matter expert (SME) for the team of 28 Associates, I provide expertise to resolve queries, ensure timely closure of appeals, and support the resolution of errors efficiently.-Responsible for preparing the Weekly Business Reports (WBR) for the BLR site, focusing on analyzing trends in volume, shrinkage, and ongoing projects. This involved detailed data collection and analysis to provide actionable insights. Furthermore, I consolidated the WBR reports for the BLR, CAI, and DEL sites, ensuring a comprehensive overview of performance metrics and trends across these locations. This consolidation facilitated informed decision-making and strategic planning for the organization.-Well experienced in advance excel and its functions have prepared multiple excel templates and dashboards for the team like WBR dashboard with weekly analysis of data with deep insights of manager wise productivity top performers, productivity tracking templates for the associates to help track their monthly, weekly and daily productivity percentages.- Managed and lead a pool of 20+ associates for 2 pilots in the Search team, actively acting as a bridge between stakeholder and associates. Responsible for meeting business needs by conducting training sessions, audits and feedback session with stakeholders. Ensured an accuracy of 98%+ for each pilot while, also meeting deadlines within the stipulated period.
