We cover permanent as well as contract roles and have offices in Auckland, Austin, Cape Town, Dubai, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, London, Melbourne, New York, Singapore, and Sydney.Key Responsibilities- Working closely with the team to perform and develop recruitment process in order to get the qualified employees to work for the organization across regional operations, developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.- Handling the end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing, advertising, running selection process in order to get the right person in timeline period.- In line with managing employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives including develop and maintain a strong network of high-caliber candidates.- Updating and tracking recruitment reports, prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings and perform reference and background checks, as well as attend career fairs and networking events
