Food Delivery System Management- Checking incoming foodstuffs according to demand specifications- Preparing food ingredients and equipment to be used- Observe the food delivery system in the hospital starting from receiving food ingredients, storing food ingredients, preparing, processing, serving, and distributing- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area including foodstuffs and tools to be used and after use- Make menu modifications- Conduct Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) on one of the menus in the hospital- Evaluate workers regarding hygiene and sanitationClinical Nutrition Care Management- Carry out the nutrition care process including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring and evaluation- Make menu plans for patients according to the case- Provide nutrition education to patients and families- Analyzing food nutrients in patients’ meal intake- Collaborate with nutritionists and nurses

- Implementing nutrition intervention programs, namely providing education about balanced nutrition for pregnant women- Serve as group secretary • Assist in managing group administration and documentation • Support group discussion activities, including recording and disseminating minutes • Handling internal and external communication, such as sending messages and responding to messages from lecturers and group members

Pregnant Women- Identify the nutritional status of pregnant women- Interviewing pregnant women about the characteristics of pregnant women, knowledge of pregnant women, ANC checks, household food security during the Covid-19 pandemic- Calculating the micronutrient and macronutrient intake of pregnant womenToddlers- Identify the nutritional status of toddlers- Interviewing mothers of toddlers about the characteristics of toddlers, history of early initiation of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding, hygiene and sanitation, history of illness, knowledge of mothers of toddlers, and household food security during the Covid-19 pandemic- Calculating the intake of micronutrients and macronutrients for toddlers
