Selected from 100+ Kampus Merdeka applicants to became a finance management intern in credit and collection section at finance department PT Bina Pertiwi, member of Astra International Tbk.Project-based internship and successfully completed 3 projects in 6 months using innovation methodologies such as six-sigma (DMAIC) and design thinking to enhance operational excellence and exploring new solutions.1. Scorewars: "The Battle for Better Credit"• Problem: AR aging is still quite high because credit analysis is still done simply based on sensing, there are no more accurate tools to measure customer payment ability.• Improvement Concept: create credit analysis tools for new and existing customer assessments as a recommendation decisions for credit committee in order to minimize the potential for AR defaults.• Result: The credit analysis process is more effective and efficient and receivables management is more optimal with the help of credit scoring recommendation tools.• Successfully won 2nd place in the Bina Pertiwi Innovation Challenge (BPIC) 2024 in the Suggestion System (SS) - Reimplementation category.2. Virtual Account Stream 3: "Automatic Clearing"• Problem: After successfully digitizing through virtual account stream 1: "automatic identification cash in" and stream 2: "automatic posting", there are still problems in the clearing process where it is still manually and the clearing lead time reaches 2 hours 35 minutes.• Improvement Concept: Creating virtual account stream 3 concept through enhancement with automation and digitalization in clearing process by integrating with SAP.• Result: Automatic clearing process and reducing clearing lead time from 2 hours 35 minutes to 6 minutes.3. "Napak Tilas Bill to Cash pada COP"Conducting a design thinking process (emphasize, define, idea, prototype, test) to solve problems at COP that want a more effective and efficient process in transactions related to price updates, sourcing parts and reconciliation.
