Conducting stores operations Audit on routine basis. check (FLS & Hygiene) and Aesthetic of the brandsEnsure smooth & timely Fit out completionCoordinating with internal departmentsfor fit out requirementsEnsure upkeep & maintenance of all documentation record ofretailer`sCo-ordinating&supporting Leasing departmentsfor signing of LOI & agreementsCo-ordinating with Technical team during mall upgradationTo ensure all work conducting with safety.Ensure cleanliness and hygiene ofthe common area, office area ofthemall/Building complex.Ensuring emergency procedures are practiced and enforced to provide security and safety for guests and employees, fireevacuation drill.Monitor applicable laws& regulations, including health and safety & ensure compliance, FLS and Risk MgtTaking round ofretail store, common area and green area. (Area 492000 Sq feet)Communicatewith brandsfor complaints, material inward or outward and guest complaints.Co-ordinating and supporting marketing departmentsfor event , Promotions and brand activation.Monitor applicable laws& regulations, including health and safety & ensure compliance, FLS and Risk Mgt.
