Presently working as Vice President Operations in Mahavira collections , Noida . My present Job Profile involves right from Business development till final shipping . The job involves to visualize and monitor day to day working of styles and assess the orders in hand position on monthly basis and to ensure that the factory and its capacity is fully capitalized and used as per the orders in hand.My Present job involves coordinating with Mktg and merchandising team to analyse the future order status and also the status of present orders in hand and accordingly plan out my production capacity requirement to ship accordingly .My job also involves direct coordination with Buyers here on any production issues that may arise and also communication regarding shipment is done as required.Presently totally involved in style allocation to production managers as per the WIP and monthly wise doing and reviewing the planning for machine allocation , staff allocation and also involved in material planning with concerned deptt heads .Total involved in technical setting of the garment right from stage one in order to see the best applicability as required for better Productivity and also the cost .Also totally involved in Pp meetings , and day to day review of Production putput and output correlated to Deptts linked with Production to see that production targets required are actually being met . Also involved in the total quality aspects of the styles , right from fabric till final shipping . I am totally involved in shipment planning with the Director and work out the planning as required on weekly basis .Also involved in Cost Cutting in production process and ensuring the cost efficiency factor is achieved on regular basis by involving my regular monitoring at each and every stage .

Presently handling 800 mchs,and job process involves right from merchandiser coordination,planning of production units,approvals from buyers,style allocation to units,technical setting of the garment,involvement in pp meetings,shipment planning,cost cutting,costing of production floor.Handling sophisticated high fashion garments which have lot of detailing and embroideries.Dealing with lot of High Fashion Quality buyers like TONY C,HOSS,SUZANNA ZETA,CASTLE STARR,BASH,STELLA FOREST,APRIL MAY,GOLD HAWK,PETRIZIA PEPE,MISS SIXTY,GUESS,MANOUSH,JDP,PDH,LALTRA MODA,SUZANNA ZETA,Have made the garments more production friendly with help of various attachments and folders.Started having a system of having Roving QC’s on the floor and created check points.Since all the garments made here r Dummy draped styles so use of Dummy’s and extra off machine staff is very necessary so through systems and calculations have brought production per machine from 1.25 garment to 1.85 garment per machine.
