In my role as the Wellness Promotion Facilitator, I collaborate with community agencies to identify and address essential programs and workshops needed in the mental health and addiction sector. As a Facilitator, my responsibilities include the complete cycle of planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of educational and cultural programs. I also guide the allocation of resources for the Mobile Wellness Team.These workshops are designed to bridge existing service gaps in the community by concentrating on exercises and topics that empower clients, foster hope, encourage self-determination, and enhance their knowledge and skills. The ultimate goal is to promote client independence and well-being.

I engage in direct collaboration with tourism businesses and professionals to secure funding at both the provincial and federal levels to support their business expansion and development efforts. This involves working closely with these businesses and professionals to craft business plans, proposals, and establish strategic partnerships that contribute to their growth. Additionally, I provide assistance in navigating wage subsidies, preparing funding applications, and generating funding reports.

In my role as the operations coordinator, I assumed responsibility for the day-to-day management of operations. This encompassed tasks such as scheduling charters, handling billing, maintaining financial records, procuring supplies, managing administrative duties, and preparing and retaining operational documents and reports. I also oversaw employee recruitment and onboarding, managed payroll, administered contracts, and conducted performance reviews. In addition, I took charge of composing and submitting grant and funding applications, crafting business proposals and plans, both at the provincial and federal levels, including FedNor.

In my role as a primary care sales representative, I was part of a 10-member team within the Ontario East District. Working in tandem with a territory partner to cover a specific region, our collective goal was to surpass the sales quota set by our head office. We achieved this by fostering strong collaboration with colleagues from different business units, implementing a robust business plan with our key customers, and optimizing all available channels to make a significant impact on our customers.I also collaborated with colleagues to offer College of Family Physicians accredited CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs for key customers across my territory. Furthermore, I served as the team lead for webinars in the Ontario East Team in 2020. In this capacity, I collaborated with leaders across the country to plan, execute, and oversee national webinars featuring a range of Key Opinion Leaders and topics.In 2021, I assumed a leadership role in the feedback program for the Ontario East Team. This involved gathering confidential feedback from my district colleagues, compiling the responses, and presenting recommendations for enhancing our operations at AstraZeneca to my direct manager and the Executive Team at AstraZeneca.
