I currently head the IT department at Burque Corporation, a leading conglomerate in Pakistan that offers Sales, Distribution & Logistics solutions and services to various sectors and industries.My core competencies include establishing high performing IT Teams, Structuring PMOs, ERP Implementations (Oracle EBS, SAP S4/Hana), digital transformation projects, technology enabled business process re-engineering, budgeting & planning, simplifying IT infrastructure, establishing technology governance frameworks and managing technology project & services portfolios. I have successfully turned around troubled Tier 1 ERP implementation projects, simplified technology stack and infrastructure reducing IT OPEX and CAPEX year on year.
