I am an accomplished technology leader and transformer with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. I currently head the IT department at Burque Corporation, a leading conglomerate in Pakistan that offers Sales, Distribution & Logistics solutions and services to various sectors and industries.My core competencies include establishing high performing IT Teams, Structuring PMOs, ERP Implementations (Oracle EBS, SAP S4/Hana), digital transformation projects, technology enabled business process re-engineering, budgeting & planning, simplifying IT infrastructure, establishing technology governance frameworks and managing technology project & services portfolios.
