• Verification & reconciliation of sales on daily basis and timely deposit of collections. • Processing of bank payments as and when required including preparation of cheques, dispatch of cheques.• Deduction & E-filing of Withholding tax & preparation of all tax documents.• Function as a Audit Liaison to assist and support management in responding effectively to auditors and other external reporting agencies.• Ensure the smooth flow of operations including organization maintenance, supplies Government affairs and suppliers relation.• Ensure proper recording of the assets capitalized disposed or revalued during the month along with the month end journal entries for depreciation in accordance with the requirements of IAS 16.• To scrutinize the request from employees for loan in accordance with the relevant company policies in this regard.• Preparation of monthly payroll and recording for Loans given to employees and monthly deduction from their salaries in respect of that loan. • To ensure proper recording and amortization for prepayments against various expenses.• Ensure timely purchase of stock in trade keeping in view various factors:> From approved suppliers;> In appropriate quantity which further ensure the maintenance of minimum stock level and the economic order quantity;> Proper recording of purchases made and also the utilization of stock during the month.• Review of age analysis for debtors and efforts for the timely collection of overdue debts.• Review of age analysis for creditors and present to management a report for upcoming payments.• To ensure proper recording of all the liabilities relating to both Revenue and Capital expenditure.• Preparation of Cash Flows Statement on monthly basis.

-Handle Petty cash and keep track of transactions.-Processing of bank payments as and when required including preparation of cheques, dispatch of cheques.-Prepare all taxation documents, submit timely reports to relevant tax departments.-Prepare all corporate documents and submit to SECP.-Keep track of bank accounts and transactions therefore, maintain Daily Financial Activity.-Timely deposit of collections.-Bank reconciliation on periodical basis preferably monthly.-Maintain Asset Register in Coordination with Executive Accounts recording bills for assets.-Keep track of consumables and timely reordering of minor office items & equipment installed in office.-Aging analysis of payable and receivable.
