I am managing a team of 9 under the Project SPARK with Xiaomi Technologies Pvt Ltd. The project aims to develop technical skill and entrepreneurial competencies into 600+ unemployed youth from technical backgrounds in the districts of Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai. My role is to - Develop and implement the project plan in collaboration with the project team - Manage the project budget and track progress - Oversee all aspects of the project, from design and development to implementation and evaluation - Identify and mitigate risks - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Ensure that the project meets all of its objectives and deadlines

• I started my journey by developing proposals and budgets for new projects for corporate organizations looking for funding projects related to livelihood and entrepreneurship. My role included brainstorming new ideas for implementing entrepreneurship development skills in marginalized communities in India. This journey took an exciting turn when my proposals received funding from CSRs like KONE, XIAOMI, KSRLPS and others.• I also coordinated with the grass-root team to support them in running interventions on the field. The team is part of a project that focuses on enhancing livelihood options among women. The mandate is to provide women with skills to ensure employment or own micro business. My role would include regular field visits to Goa and Northern Karnataka rural districts to facilitate informative sessions as part of my secondary role in the organization.• Now I am managing two major projects as a Project Lead and as a bridge between the grass root project team and the CSR team. The two projects are:1. AASHRAY: This is a CSR initiative with KONE Elevators and Escalators, India. My role is to develop implementation strategies and resolve complicated issues related to field engagement and other project-related queries. The project empowers 150+ Persons with Disability in the Pune and Nashik District.2. Stri Samarthya Yojana: This is an initiative by Sanjeevini-Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society to empower 2000+ SHG women through skill training and entrepreneurship in terracotta products. I am managing a team of 20, along with regular meetings with government officials for the smooth functioning of the project.• I have also initiated setting up a gender-inclusive POSH Internal Committee for the Bangalore regional office.

I managed the backend operations of Fem Justice Centre (FJC) and mental health for all (MH4All) projects. The FSP helpline provides preliminary legal, social, mental and legal support to the survivors of sexual & gender-based violence. The MHA project provides free and subsidized professional care to young urban youth.

Chakrata, Uttarakhand, India

I was responsible for facilitating and managing the logistics of training for farmers in the villages of Chakrata block, Dehradun District. The training was held on promoting organic and natural farming, millet cultivation, and processing of value-added products like maize, millets, wheat, spices and Burash (wildflower). Also helped the beneficiaries of the Women Resource Centre (WRC) by linking them to nearby markets as an alternative livelihood that helped in their income enhancement. Planned and implemented projects on the basis of need assessment done in the villages with the community, like the alternative water resource project in Naraya.

I developed a robust institution for small & marginal women farmers through integrated vegetable cultivation activities and to promote organic farming practices with a focus on value chain processes, in 4 Blocks of Varanasi & Prayagraj that would cover 10,000 small and marginal families.

My primary role was of configuring, managing and maintaining the core networking services. Also during my time in the organisation, I was a shift lead for 6 months during this time I trained 5 interns on the complex issues around network and routing.
