I have worked in education, STEM, and DEI for 15 years and have been a consultant for 5 years. Services: 1. Co-Creating Education w/ Kharena - I can help you get your content in front of students, participants, and audiences. 2. Program development and implementation3. Where outsourcing begins - I will organize all parts of your professional life that you dislike. This includes process/resource optimization and process/ program improvement. I am the person who is your catalyst and who will do the work to assess and provide the road map for scaling your business. You can no longer do all the things, (be the face of the company, and close the big deals). I'm great at taking the ideas that visionary people may throw out by filtering them first, and then making them practical and executable - and thus reality. I am focused on details; ensuring that the team follows through by hitting their deadlines and commitments. I can work with the other members of the leadership team to create alignment and resolves/avoid conflict. I say “no” when presented with ideas that are not aligned with the organization's vision. I'm all about making things happen because you know your organization’s operations are a top priority. This relationship could be time limited. I can come in, organize, implement, and then hand it back off. For instance, you have a lot of digital materials that need to be organized or a system for hiring new staff. I would do the heavy lifting and loop you in at the end.I will facilitate a discovery/brainstorming call, send you a scope and proposal and we can take it from there!
