-Main point of contact for end user support of 100 office personnel, 50 warehouse personnel, and 20 remote users.-Maintenance and troubleshooting Server 2008/2012, Win7, Win10, MacOS, MS Office 2010/2013/2016, Active Directory, Exchange, and other required applications.Troubleshoot and maintain company software: Telnet, CRM, P21, Filemaker-Troubleshoot and maintain HP Desktops, DELL Laptops, onsite servers, and associated peripherals, ie. HP Laserjet printers, ZEBRA thermal printers, badge printers, spray printing, RFID, plotters, printer server, Socket scanners, Cisco switches, Cisco Phones-Setup and configuration of mobile devices to include both Android and Apple. Troubleshoot OS, cellular and Wifi connectivity, and Bluetooth devices. Apple iPads used in production. Application support for various apps including Filemaker.-Desktop/laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment. End user profiles and data transfers. ----------Hardware break/fix, warranty replacement. Data backup and recovery.-Onboarding and Termination of users. Backup, transfer, and storage of terminated user data.-Perform accurate and detailed logging and tracking of all major incidents in the SpiceWorks helpdesk ticketing system. Remote support using Teamviewer, and RDP.-Maintain asset inventory, warranty, and contract maintenance logs on all local equipment.-Manage and maintain logs of decommissioned or defective equipment.

-Identified and diagnosed customers computer technical issues and communicated solutions that could be easily understood by the less technically inclined.-Solved a variety of technical issues using diagnostic software and tools provided by the company. -Often collaborated with sales team on new technologies and services to help meet company sales goals.

-Diagnose and resolve end-user network or loacal printer problems, PC hardware problems, email, Internet, and local-area network access problems.-Providing quality customer support via email/phone for our clients as help desk-Performed periodic backups and maintenance of key systems-Successfuly completed mailbox migration project which included Exchange Server 2010 and Exchange Online Server for a Hybrid Mail Environment.-Provided off hours support for high priority issues-Created and maintained Desktop Setup Request profiles for employees and new hires.
