- Manage the firm's social media platforms and provide online content for firm's the smartphone application.- Contact various small businesses, corporations, and opposing counsels to facilitate pre-litigation negotiations.- Draft demands, complaints, and legal documents to other firms on behalf of our attorneys to prepare for any litigation proceedings.- Set up files, reach out to current clients, and build lasting relationships with other firms to create a collaborative network.- Conduct legal research on the TCPA, FDCPA, and ADA.
