Preparations of materials and data needed for the applications2. Schedule and coordination of meeting and others administrative tasks3. A collaboration research project with Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) aimed to analyze the comparability of Indonesian nutrient profiling systems with several systems applied in other regions. The responsibilities were:1. Processed the pre-packaged food labels data obtained from 'Pemuda Peduli Gizi Program' and classified them according to the eligibility under Indonesian 'Healthier Option Logo'2. Compared the pre-packaged products that were eligible under Indonesian 'Healthier Option Logo' with other systems: UK Multiple Traffic Lights, South-East Asia Regional Office (SEARO) model, Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) model, and Australian Health Star Rating (AHSR)3. Translated the findings into a policy brief particularly the recommendation of sugar, salt, and fat thresholds4. Composed a scientific paper

A collaborated Food Development Research Project conducted by IPB University, Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), Kemenkes RI, and Seafast Center aimed to develop a ready-to-eat product, called ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF), for malnourished under five-aged children in Indonesia. The responsibilities as a research assistant are:1. Conducted literature study related to Ready-to-use Therapeutic Food using systematic review method 2. Formulated and developed RUTF formulations based on standard specification and data gathered from systematic review3. Produced the formulas in a lab scale then analysed the nutritional composition and sensory evaluation to determine the selected formula4. Managed the industrial-scale trial and mass production of the products5. Evaluated the nutritional composition and quality to comply with RUTF specification6. Prepared the research activity report, financial report, presentation materials, and academic papers for publication
