Liaise between clients and defense counsel, in order to cost-effectively resolve the resolution of pending second injury fund & subrogation cases nationwide with primary focus in MA, NH, LA, NV. Responsible for case intake and to analyze all active files, summarize findings and report to clients and senior management with proposed course of action.Experience in litigation in MA State and Federal courts and the Department of Industrial Accidents. Responsibile to maintain full accountability of cases through all phases of litigation including initial filings, discovery and case resolution, including participation in alternative dispute resolution. Conduct in-depth legal research and utilize findings to develop initiatives involving national workers’ compensation/subrogation laws, the insurance industry standards, and cost benefit analysis for potential clients. Counsel senior-level executives by providing detailed legal advice and interpretation of complex workers’ compensation and pertinent subrogation law changes.

As a clerk in this firm I was responsible for subpoenaing medical records and case preparation for second injury fund cases at the Department of Industrial Accidents. Conduct legal research and providing memorandums to the senior partners.
