Another issue I'm personally invested in is the skill gap and unemployment crisis. To address this, I've founded Emploin the eponymous "Hire to Retire" solution. Emploin we aim to present a platform where job seekers can showcase their skills and at the same time, organizations can pick verified talented resources for their projects. The platform also streamlines application tracking, background checks, single-click onboarding, Payroll, and workforce management, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and agility for organizations. This solution, too, has stemmed from our firsthand experience in traditional hiring processes, and the innovative solutions we implemented to manage our workforce efficiently and transparently.
