Greetings! I'm DP Kharra, a JNVian, an Ex-UPSC aspirant, a problem identifier in the working domain and solving problems through technology, a solution architect, a data architect, a technology enthusiast and a strategist with a diverse background in politics, policymaking, software development, IT staffing and telecom. I have diversified experience as an Elected District Council Member, in Sikar Rajasthan, contested election for Member of the Legislative Assembly, Rajasthan 2018. Currently, I'm leading Zentek Infosoft as its managing director. At Zentek, our focus is on crafting innovative Software Engineering Solutions, and web and mobile solutions that not only drive business growth of organizations but also create a positive social impact. Another issue I'm personally invested in is the skill gap and unemployment crisis. To address this, I've founded Emploin the eponymous "Hire to Retire" solution. Emploin we aim to present a platform where job seekers can showcase their skills and at the same time, organizations can pick verified talented resources for their projects. The platform also streamlines application tracking, background checks, single-click onboarding, Payroll, and workforce management, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and agility for organizations. This solution, too, has stemmed from our firsthand experience in traditional hiring processes, and the innovative solutions we implemented to manage our workforce efficiently and transparently.
