Promoted to Quality Engineer for the Jawa 9&10 USC CFSPP Project, a significant initiative designed to deliver a reliable, efficient, and eco-friendly electricity supply to meet the growing demands of Java and Bali.• Leadership and Team Management: Supervised a team of 2 administrative staff and 6 site inspectors, implementing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to ensure high-quality standards. Collaborated closely with the QAQC Manager to support operational tasks and drive continuous improvement.• Procedures and Policy Analysis: Analysed and interpreted relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9000 series, ASTM, ASME, and ACI. Developed comprehensive Project Quality Plans, work instructions, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to align with industry standards.• Quality Planning and Scheduling: Strategically planned and scheduled field and shop inspections in line with the ITP and construction schedule, ensuring timely and effective quality control measures.• Material Approval and Compliance: Evaluated Product Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory standards, facilitating Material Approval Requisitions (MAR) for project owner approval.• Complaint and Non-Conformance Management: Proactively addressed and resolved project owner complaints related to quality, managed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and implemented corrective actions to maintain project integrity.• Documentation and Internal Audits: Conducted thorough internal audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of project documentation, ensuring all necessary records were in place for project handover.
