From steering the Eastern and Western regions of ICICI, the erstwhile Development Financial Institution (DFI) as part of the A-Team during its pivotal shift to a Universal Bank (ICICI Bank Ltd.), to breaking ground in financial reforms as the head of India’s first Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC), I've been driven by a passion to revolutionize frameworks and lay the groundwork for enduring financial structures.📚 As an educator, I've imparted wisdom on entrepreneurship at IIM Kolkata for several years, nurturing the minds that will define our economic landscape tomorrow.✨ Venturing abroad, my life took a transformative turn as I set out to establish a Distress Debt Fund in Singapore. This digressed into the genesis of iCare Life Pte. Ltd., a social venture poised to reshape the essential support services sector by empowering a much needed workforce in healthcare sector across Singapore, Myanmar, Kenya, and India through specialized training in healthcare and caregiving services.🌟 Today, as the cornerstone of LifeUno Ventures Pvt. Ltd., I'm pioneering a new paradigm in emergency, primary, and preventive care, alongside lifestyle disease management.
