I started with Walgreens as a customer service associate but was able to progress into the pharmacy in 2013. I am able to type in and prepare new prescriptions. I also know how to transfer prescriptions both to/from other pharmacies. I have to make phone calls to insurance companies, doctor's offices, and others on a daily basis. I also managed inventory and made schedules for other staff and myself.
