An analyst backing up a pool of highly experienced financial professionals in providing corporate and project finance, GSS finance advisory, and underwriting services...Honing my skills in all areas proportionally, for example, reporting, documenting, pitching, communicating, coordinating, financial modelling and structuring, company and equity valuation, portfolio analysis, translation, OTC bond underwriting and so on.I was partially or extensively involved in the following ongoing and completed projects:-TA project sponsored by ADB oriented to utilities sector;-Affordable, green housing project sponsored and administered by ADB and GCF, where our team play pivotal role in providing technical assistance for the establishment of green housing, revolving private investment fund;-Mongolia Transport and Logistics Connectivity Improvement Project sponsored by the World Bank, where our team undertook the market sounding survey targeting abattoirs, meat retail shops, potential investors and pertinent ministries of Mongolia;-Construction Project conceptualised by one of the top construction companies in Mongolia, where I was responsible for the project financial modelling and preparation of pitchbook;-Industrial Project aimed at a ramp-up of installed capacity of spun yarn production plant through the procurement of particular overseas technology, where I took overall lead in documenting the funding application materials and financial modelling;-Technical Cooperation Project sponsored by EBRD that aims at laying out green project portfolio including non-energy sector green projects that were initially developed and implemented by the private sector, where our team largely contributed to the identification, screening, data collection and reporting of potential green projects;-Sunflower Pilot Project wherein I oversee the overall implementation of the project and provide support on logistics arrangement required; -EPC+F Contract advisory on financial aspects; -SOE Management Reform and Assistance TC Project administered by the EBRD, wherein I will facilitate the business process review of pre-selected SOEs and provide all-in support for achieving the expected project outputs;-Khanbogd soum Green, Regional Development Readiness project, wherein our team is responsible for framing financial structure of conceptual green development fund that will aim to spur green businesses targeting KB market.
