- Coordinates program activates design to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from conceptual stage through lifecycle of project.- To carry out technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.- Develops and implements program activities, coordinate efforts of contractors, subcontractors, consultants and resolves problems in area of finishes to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.- Set weekly job meetings, prepare and submits summary of project progress and pending issuesto projectManager.- Monitor onsite and offsite projects activities to ensure compliance with work and safety regulations.- Keep Client and project Manager informed of the daily activities of the project.- Provide monthly reports to client and may respond to client issues and expectations.- Assist project Manager in pricing and negotiating changes to the scope of work with theclient and subcontractors.- Communicates with architect, Engineer, interior designer and Client to assist the project Manager with daily duties or act as a project Manager.
