As a Member Services Officer II at First Entertainment Credit Union, I provide exceptional service and guidance to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals and improve their financial health. I work with members to find effective solutions for their banking needs, such as opening accounts, applying for loans, or managing their investments.I have three years of experience in the banking industry, having previously worked as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In these roles, I developed strong skills in manufacturing process improvement, critical thinking, and communication. I also contributed to various marketing and sales initiatives, such as creating performance analysis reports, developing plans to market new programs, and engaging with consumers to educate them about our products and services.I studied at University of California, Los Angeles for 2 years. where I majored in Sociology. I chose this field of study because I am passionate about understanding human behavior and social dynamics, and how they affect our society and economy. I also learned valuable analytical and research skills that I apply to my current role as a Member Services Officer II.I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on our members and our community, and to grow professionally and personally.
