Qualified professional with up to 20 years working experience in commercial banking sector,specialized in cooperation with International Financial Institutions and other FIs, to attract credit lines/loan facilities for the bank (up to USD 100 million annually depending on the bank). After extensive banking experience, moved to Impact Investment field and joined US based DWM Asset Management, Private Debt team of Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Caucasus (EECAC), which provides financing to impactful bank and non-bank financial institutions in developing world, helping them succeed, while on another hand, serves institutional investors with private debt strategies to generate income, increase portfolio diversification and find ways to invest for impact. Involved in screening, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiating, financial analysis, investment proposal preparation, loan documenting, disbursement and monitoring process. Acquired Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the faculty of International Law and International Relations of Tbilisi State University, with the qualification of expert/specialist in IR. Knowledge in IL also has helped a lot to deal with legal documentation, including loan contracts and guarantees. In addition has a degree (MBA in finance) with merit, from Sheffield University, UK.
