To minimize the breakdown to increase batch yield and increase efficiency of equipment's Involvement in new projects which will be executed in facility.To maintain the consumables and production materials as per requirements.To maintain spare parts and change part of equipment with coordination of EMD team. Responsible for the filter integrity.To report nonconformance/deviations observed in the process in various section to the HOD. To build the team for production activity ensure team member followed the cGMP and SOP.To enter relevant data of all the manufacturing activities online in appropriate documents to comply with cGMP requirements.To carry out day to day activities as per production planning. Involvement in all types of audit in facility as key person.Involvement for component preparation and operation of autoclave and all Equipment's. Co-ordination with QAO for training and Documents.
