This pivotal project led to collaborations with major holdings, where I tackled complex challenges with custom software solutions.Fueled by a passion for software development, I founded Petro Afzar Persia (Persian Petroware) Ltd. Over 19 years, my team and I served more than 25 major companies across various sectors. Our crowning achievement, the “PAP Integrated System,” is a dynamic ERP solution built on agile principles, designed to efficiently control and monitor organizational processes.Throughout my 23-year career, I’ve refined my leadership skills and deepened my expertise in collaboration, always striving for optimal results. My move to Canada marked the beginning of a new chapter. I founded Lotusware Inc. and launched Builders Meet Inc. as its subsidiary. Today, with over two decades of experience in agile software development, business analysis, and ERP-centric strategies, I am focused on revolutionizing the housing and construction sectors.
