It has different data migration products.I am responsible with the followings:-Learning the different Enterprise management systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, DocuShare, Documentum and Lotus Notes.Develop the environment of SharePoint, Confluence, DocuShare, Documentum and Lotus Notes. (I.e. Installation of these ECM system into different Virtual Server Machines, syncing with the Active Directories, dealing with the security and permission issue.)Research on new ECM Systems for the data migration.Dealing with the issues sent by the clients (i.e. developing and fixing the issues found and sending the emails with the relevant solution and the proper follow-up with the support and the clients.)Leading the junior with proper mentor on the products of the company and provide training on company products and different ECM systems.Previously,Worked on the Travel Web portal integration with Global Distribution System (GDS) web service. Integrating the different GDS providers and third party airlines providers. The application was created with the Business to Business and Business to Customer model.Managing, understanding the MIS tools for Automotive logistic software (Desktop application) Auto Soft and Auto Boom and customizing its report. Created tool to analyze the provided the software report to user required information (i.e. retrieving the total sales in month). It was all related to the inventory tracking of the automotive logistic parts and sales of automotive parts (purchasing, stock, sold) and automotive.
