• L2 level application support for applications APC (Automated plan converter), OMS (Output Management System), ORS (Operational reporting system).
• Understand plan benefits mapping to handle issues for incorrect payment in ACAS (Automated claims adjudication system)
• Generate and distribute reports for plan conversion capacity using JCL jobs
• Prioritizing testing issues reported during open enrolment period.
• Managing team of 7 (L1 + L2) team members form offshore as a lead.
