CurrentDescription: Fenergo is client life cycle management tool used for client Onboarding, Risk assessment, Regular/General Review maintenance. The application is currently live for London and New York Jurisdiction. It takes care of regulatory compliance of both the jurisdictions. Role and Responsibilities:• Understanding the end to end application design to handle the issues reported• Understanding the complex data model to deliver multiple user reports• Custom report automation for frequently required reports using Control-M jobs• Direct interaction with the Customer/Client in multiple locations• We don’t have access to see the application code, hence we need to co-ordinate with vendor for support in such cases. • Escalating/Prioritizing the urgent items/issues blocking day to day BAU work• Understanding business process and application usage to identify application upgrade/change. • Making bulk updates for regular review cases using SQL scripts• Migrating customers from legacy system to Fenergo using migrations utilities. • Understanding IIS configuration and server management for performance issues. • Installing and Renewing SSL certificates in various application components. • Application knowledge documentation ownership to create/update documents such as Run Handbook, Current State Document and Induction manual. • Acting as lead from offshore for this application
