2019 Apr - Taking responsibility to join as Senior Engineer at manufacturing , quality and process on product that I been assign .I been assign task of bring up quality yield performance on daily non conformance tag (NC Tag) , End to end (E2E) Yield performance for weekly , monthly and quarterly basic- I have involved in as project lead to solve issue of solder short for 1 product which facing issue for more than 6 years of yield drop . After detail investigation with using quality tool such as six sigma , PDCA , finally find out the issue is related to stencil opening design issue ( stencil opening too huge )which causing internal short happen underneath of component due to excess solder been printed on the boards . After modification the yield for that models is dramatically improved and production no have failure for solder short on that location involved- Idea of cross over the idea to others family models been implemented for others model across customer and bring up the yield2020 July - I have been assign as product and quality lead for new protobuild product -BOM set up in SAP system for planner and buyer to purchase part- Direct contact window with customer on detail of product , process and quality acceptance criteria & DFM related issues- Design process flow and work with related section head process lead From SMT -AOI - Depanel- Wave - AXI - Test ( Flying Probe , FCT ) - Mechanical Assy - System Unit Test - Helping customer to perform fitting test on outer pizza box packaging design- Helping customer to design for label location placement and traceability information captured - Lead on yield performance to ensure shipment on time with good quality ship.- Informed customer on design of component lead do not sit on PCB pad , which cause misalignment & solder short and advice customer design change or improvement Show less
