Also, preparing Balance sheet and the reconciliation for each account monthly.• Reconciling the bank accounts and payable and receivable accounts on weekly basis. • Liaison with Banks and financial institution and negotiation for the facilities. • Liaison with auditors about any requirements during the audit engagement.• Preparing for statuary reports such as Statement of Income, statement of financial position and other required reports periodically for Insurance Authority UAE and free zone authority i.e. DMCC. • Responsible for the company budgets to ensure proper financial control & containment of expenses.• Training, development and motivating my finance team and ensure they are capable of their assigned duties and having their regular performance review.• Helping in development of new accounting system/MIS which should cope with the growing requirements of the company.• VAT registration and procedures have been made.
