 Preparation and verification of all types of vouchers and recording those into the financial management system (FMS) Process Bank Reconciliations and Vendor Reconciliations Accounts payable management includes keeping a record of invoices, verification, allocation, posting, reconciliation, and payment. Review and finalize payments against the invoices received from the customers, as per the authorization matrix. Processing the disbursement of payroll by preparing salaries to pay slips and transfer through Bank wire or payment processor. Assisting in Preparing prepayments schedule. Adhere to the budget of expenses set by the management and timely report on changes required to the forecast. Assist in the preparation of Financial statements and Annual Tax Returns. Filling monthly statement of tax deducted at the source Effective management of PF fund balance and timely investment of availability of funds. Payment of loans, advances and final settlements etc. against PF. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Funds and treasury management Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
