Currently, I am the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Auxilium Services, where we specialize in providing tech-enabled Employer of Record (EOR) services, payroll management, and employment visa outsourcing in the GCC region. At Auxilium, we are dedicated to helping businesses streamline their HR processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting their growth with tailored workforce solutions.I am also a co-founder of “The Latest Ventures”, a venture investor where we have played a leading role in investing in companies such as Moove.io.I am also actively involved with Speedinvest, a leading European venture capital fund that focuses on early-stage technology startups. I hold an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA and LLM in Medical Sciences and Law from Cambridge University. Giving back to the community is very important to me. I co-founded Mosaic, a charity in the UK that mentors young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. For this work, I was honored to receive an OBE (Order of the British Empire).
