-Development and Implementation of a Gender Mainstreaming Strategy:•An assessment of inclusion of inclusion/gender issues facing host communities•An assessment of the extent to which gender is mainstreamed in project processes and delivery of municipal services•A delineation of processes and guidelines for ensuring that gender is mainstreamed across all project processes including in the identification, selection, implementation, and monitoring of sub-projects-Capacity Building for Gender Mainstreaming:•Develop and deliver training to program staff and relevant stakeholders on inclusion/gender related issues, tools and approaches, and conduct awareness raising initiatives;•Deliver technical assistance to community representatives and stakeholders to build capacity around development of gender inclusive practices policies;•Support the communications Expert and outreach officers in developing outreach activities to raise awareness on gender issues and encourage dialogue around gender issues.-Development and Monitoring of Gender-focused Indicators:•Identify specific output indicators as milestones for achieving the project’s outcomes in terms of gender mainstreaming•Supporting the M&E Expert and Outreach Officers in gender specific monitoring and reporting.

•Theoretical Understanding: three years of course work in areas of crime, crime prevention, criminal justice systems, violence, gender and radicalization and terrorism. In addition, 4 books into Arabic language in the areas of Criminal Theories, Criminal Psychology, Criminal Investigation and Probation and Parole were translated. •Practical experience: Conduction training courses TOT for the MoSD on International Services Standards Development, Social Protection Enhancement Project SPEP (Funded by the World Bank). In addition, working as a strategic partner with Oxfam in promoting gender justice for women in Jordan and reducing gender gaps through women’s empowerment.•Project Management: Participated in several projects in the area of Social Services Standards Development with Ministry of Social Development, and in preventing radicalization with the Turkish Police Academy and NATO.•Training: Planning and executing training courses for top official in the area of combating terrorism and radicalization (UAE). The area of training was preventing radicalization and violent extremism, and social services standards. •Qualitative Analysis: More than Five years of experience in qualitative analysis using focus groups and other Qualitative methods like Delphi method in analyzing criminal topics. Also it was applying these methods in Citizen Satisfaction with public transportations and corruption. Resent usage was in a national Project on causes of Juvenile delinquency in Qatari Society.•Strategic Analysis: developing a strategy to prevent violence against women (Shamah=Candle) using PESTEL and SWAT analysis.•Situational Analysis: applying situational analysis and document analyses in assessing and evaluating the services and programs of juvenile s delinquents in Qatar. Also in evaluating the Juvenile criminal justice system in Qatar.

•Teaching and Researching. •Lecturing various courses like Violence, Gender, Qualitative Research, Introduction to Sociology, and Social Change in Arab Communities. •Conduct an assessment and evaluation using situational analysis, focus groups and strategic analysis for juvenile delinquents justice system and causes of delinquency in Qatar.

Duties and responsibilities:•Conducting market analysis studies for QIZ in Jordan.•Promoting investment in QIZ and studying company’s needs. •Organizing workshops and seminars to discuss the investment environment.•Setting-up gender strategies and action plans for MoL’s role in QIZ.•Arranging bilateral agreements with factories. •Reporting monthly achievements, recommendations and suggestions.•Developing and managing training programs to meet the companies' needs of qualified Jordanian labor.•Participating in recruiting Jordanians to work in the QIZ companies to replace foreign workers.•Supervising the implementation of the Youth program agreement between MoL and Higher Youth Council (HYC). •Tracking QIZ inspectors' reports.•Representing MoL with different other government organizations on issues related to "Domestic Workers".•Redirecting all QIZ labor cases to the related courts.•Receiving and solving QIZ labor complaints and claims.•Attending meetings of the QIZ "Golden List" as a committee Secretary.•Representing MoL in (Joint Labor Training & Assessment Project in QIZ) by USAID during Sep – Dec 2006.•Representing MoL in the (Inter-Ministerial Committee to combating Trafficking in Persons & Labor’s rights Violations). •Investigating the victims cases (labor exploitation, sexual abuse and physical abuse).

Duties and responsibilities:•Leading & supervising all activities of the National Training Project for Garment sector in the Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ).•Managing training programs, cooperating with the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) and MoL.•Coordinating with NGOs and National Civil Associations to attract females for the labor market and structuring a relative incentive schemes. •Preparing weekly and monthly reports, comments, analysis, recommendations and suggestions.•Conducting follow up scheme for Jordanian trainees to get the best job opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities:•Coordinating all activities of the project portfolio.•Planning and executing training courses.•Developing and improving activities workflow and explore new business opportunities.•Managing business relationships.•Conducting research for the QIZ in Jordan.•Marketing of technical assistance and training programs for the factories working in the QIZ.
