   WAN, LAN, DHCP, IPv6, BGP configuring with Mikrotik and other Brand Router for new clients. Managing Passive Optic Network, Monitoring and troubleshooting Access Point (AP) Ex: Cambium, Unifi, TP-Link Deco and other Brand AP for clients. Configuring wireless Routers as Primary/Secondary Router or in AP mode. Configuring IP-IP/GRE, EoIP Tunnel for client requirements. Configuring Link Redundancy / Failover with Static or Dynamic (BGP) Routing. Blocking sites with Mikrotik Router as per client requirements. Troubleshooting for link down, link fluctuation of client Network. Troubleshooting for Packet loss / Latency high at foreign destination. Troubleshooting Bandwidth slow, Outgoing or Incoming mail, Website accessing issue of client. Configuring PPTP/L2TP (with or without IP-Sec) Communicating with Transmission team or Upstream for link fluctuation or Bandwidth slow issue. Setting firewall filter rules to prevent SMTP spamming from client Router. Securing Mikrotik or other Brand Router to preventing attack from hacker. Visiting client office premises for configuring new link or link troubleshooting. Managing and re-solving trouble tickets. Following up official mails regularly. Monitoring client and Backbone Network with ZABBIX etc. Monitoring L2 Network/Backbone with Cacti.
