My current main tasks include:- Managing both student accommodation and hostel (with total capacity of 225 guests, in 5 building with 5 flats each).- Apartments and hostel enquiries and bookings.- Handling all reports related to – apartments and hostel.- Treatment all complains, exchanges along with the manager for both apartments and hostel.- Costumer service for apartment’s guests and students.- Dealing with arrival-departures during weekends, according to flights. - Available 24/7 for emergencies for apartments.- Providing different admin support. - Improving internal data system and tools, and keep log of updates concerning apartments.

I was assisting guests 24/7, while managing bookings from different platforms, and also incoming guests. In addition to advertising the business in different booking websites. Furthermore, i was responsible for facility maintenance and supervising the maintenance activities to keep the area safe and the commercial building running smoothly . Also, dealing with all suppliers, purchasing the stock needed, along with organizing and hosting events for students groups.

I was working night shifts and assisting guests around the clock, also managing bookings from different websites and serving direct guests, with high standard of welcoming and customer service, to offer the guests the best experience across their entire journey.

My work was to provide 24/7 assistance for students. Also handling check-in/out, complains, bookings, and maintaining the residence at high standards. To shape their first and last impressions, from initial warm welcome to assisting sign-in/out ensuring they leave the site happy.

My tasks were to create and schedule students’ integration activities that help them through their adaptation and provide them with great experiences. Also, ensuring the communication between the students and the accommodation supervisor, so that all of their concerns get a proper follow-up. Along with preparing welcome events where consistent informations were delivered for new students.
