• Provide excellent customer service• Greet patients• Answer phones• Verify current personal and financial information; updates information in electronic medical record accordingly• Schedule appointments• Answer patient questions• Collect patient payments• Deliver excellent service and support to patients and Physician, Nurse Laser Provider and/or other treatment providers with the goal of delivering optimal clinical results for patients seeking effective plastic surgery ser-vices• Set up treatment rooms as needed for visits; ensure rooms, supply closets and lab areas are clean, stocked and organized; maintain the lab and triage patient phone calls and visit needs• Prepare patients for treatment, confirm all intake forms are complete and pertinent information documented accordingly, ensure patient has been educated on what to expect before, during and after treatment, and provide pre & post care verbal & written instruction• Perform any other duties assigned

• Open/Closing Procedures• Retail sales/Cash handling/Deposit• Check patient in and out• Assist technicians in prepping clients• Answering and directing calls• Answering emails, voicemails, all messages left for spa• Updating inventory/Product ordering• Keep cleanliness of spa• Assist with set up of other spa location/Protocols • Client consent paperwork/Before and After photo uploads to all client profiles• Assist with manager duties/Scheduling• Complete office errands• Charting/ Nurse Assisting

• Open/Closing Procedures• Retail sales/Cash handling • Check patient in and out• Assist nurse in charting client procedures and consent forms• Answering and directing calls • Addressing client concerns or escalations• Maintain scheduling for NP, RN, Medical Estheticians, and Hair Stylists• Complete office errands• Product ordering• Esthetic duties included all brow services (wax, tint, and Microblading)
