Managed e-commerce retail operations for The Harvard Shop, a $8M/year revenue retail subsidiary of Harvard Student Agencies, along with a team of 15+ Web Fulfillment Associates. Tasks included coding a fitted size guide for products on the shop’s website, lowering stockout rate to ~7% (averaging lower than industry standards), KPI reporting for out-of-stock and product fulfillment, managing enablement logistics including shift scheduling and communications, and leading our BOPIS (buy online, pickup in store) program.

Selected as part of Harvard University's 2024 Generative AI Research Program. Fine-tuned Meta's LLaMA 2 and leveraged OpenAI and Anthropic APIs for optical character recognition (OCR) error correction, conducting comparative analysis to optimize performance. Enhanced the accuracy of named entity recognition (NER) and entity disambiguation on 2.7 million public domain U.S. newswire articles.

Reached out to potential clients and built relationships with them to design impactful cases for members to work on. Gained firsthand experience in pitching, technical sales, and the full consulting case lifecycle.

Worked with client to perform data analysis, generation real-time visualization, and provide actionable insights for 400,000+ invoices. Used machine learning modeling and Python-based algorithms to optimize and predict client’s account payable processes, particularly focusing on the efficient matching of bills.

Redesigned the UI/UX interface for our client, an environmental eco-acoustics and AI application, using human-centered techniques. Conducted user research and created iterations of low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs on Figma.
