I began my career at The Representation of the Chechen Republic in Moscow, and later, at The Moscow Institute of Modern Business, both in Administrative positions.I’m a part of Real Estate world since 2009. I worked in Managerial positions at Knight Frank, Metrium, Absolute Real Estate, Kalinka Real Estate Consulting Group.In 2017, I founded my own agency, Urban Property, specializing in consulting and brokerage in the Luxury Real Estate market in Moscow and Moscow region.I participated in development of concepts for Luxury residential complexes in Moscow, such as: HIGHGARDEN (Hamovniki, 2nd Neopalimovsky Lane), SKY VIEW (Krasnaya Presnya area), MECENAT Mansion complex (Bolshaya Ordynka), RAKHMANINOV Residential Complex (Malyi Kislovsky Lane close to Arbat area), BARKLI Gallery Residential Complex (Zamoskvorechye).In 2022, I re-branded and re-conceptualized my company, and emerged on an international level under the name Khedi Properties. The company's headquarters were relocated from Moscow to Dubai, and representative offices were also opened in Turkey and Bali.In 2023, Khedi Properties started development projects in Indonesia, commencing the implementation of a Premium-class villa complex and Detox&SPA hotel in Ubud area of Bali. The project will have an investment of $50 million.
